** here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll be able to:*
* * develop and implement action plans to achieve established objectives;
* coordinate and manage complex technical mandates;
* analyze systems and propose correction or optimization plans;
* provide advanced technical support during complex incidents;
* configure and maintain telecommunications and security platforms;
* manage and resolve critical incidents;
* monitor environments to prevent risks and regressions;
* participate in post-mortem analyses and continuous improvement activities;
* contribute to the evolution of physical and virtual infrastructures;
* implement automation practices;
* diagnose issues and align solutions with the teams concerned;
* ensure the implementation and monitoring of changes.  
** the profile you are looking for is as follows:*
* * possess a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in information technology;
* demonstrate expertise in zero trust security, especially with zscaler;
* know http, tls and cyber defense principles;
* master network security rules and firewall technologies;
* have expertise in automation, including infrastructure as code, ci/cd pipelines, github and ansible;
* excellent communication and collaboration skills;
* be able to evolve in a context of ambiguity and manage complex priorities;
* demonstrate a strong results-oriented and problem-solving orientation;
* this position requires fluency in french and english for daily tasks, understanding documentation and professional communication with customers, suppliers and colleagues across canada.
