Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze customer requests and conduct technical assessments
• Design and document cross-agency support specifications
• Lead project planning and testing for deployments
• Manage incidents and provide Tier-3 technical support
• Research technology trends and develop service strategies
Requirements:
• Related degree or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows environments
• Experience with Service Management software
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Operating Systems
• Knowledge of cloud technologies like Microsoft Azure
