As an Agile Coach with Marsh, you will facilitate training, coaching, and consulting efforts across various teams.
Your role involves mentoring cross-functional groups, delivering impactful workshops on Agile practices, and enhancing team collaboration. By partnering with product management and leadership, you will align Agile strategies with business outcomes to maximize value delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Agile adoption and best practices
• Develop and deliver high-impact trainings and workshops
• Mentor teams to enhance Agile capabilities
• Assess and improve existing work streams
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align Agile with business strategy
Requirements:
• Minimum two years as an Agile Coach
• Agile certifications such as CSM or SAFe
• Proven experience in Agile environments
• Familiarity with tools like Jira and Azure Dev Ops
• Adaptability to diverse teams and challenges
