Agile Delivery Lead: Scrum Master RTE

Take charge as a Scrum Master RTE in driving Agile delivery for major Salesforce CRM initiatives. Enhance velocity and quality across Agile teams in a complex setting.

At Alithya, this role focuses on executing Agile methodologies at both team and program levels, requiring 8 to 12+ years of experience in similar positions. You’ll coach teams on Agile principles and ensure robust delivery while collaborating with cross-functional business and tech teams. Your expertise in managing dependencies and risks will be vital for successful program execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile practices and ensure teams' steady momentum

• Lead cross-team coordination within Agile Release Train

• Organize system demos and Inspect & Adapt sessions

• Align Salesforce solutions with organizational transformation goals

• Provide risks and performance reporting to stakeholders

Requirements:

• 8 to 12+ years in Agile roles, especially in financial sectors

• Proven track record in Salesforce products and services

• Mastery in managing Agile frameworks like SAFe

• Strong stakeholder management and expert communication skills

• Proficient with tracking tools such as Jira or Azure Dev Ops
