This role calls for a skilled researcher to conduct detailed experiments and A/B tests while analyzing telemetry data to uncover user patterns and pain points. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct and report on quantitative UX research studies
• Analyze customer data to discover trends and improvement areas
• Develop storytelling artifacts and presentations for stakeholders
• Work with cross-functional partners to implement research insights
• Facilitate rapid experimentation in dynamic environments
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 5–7 years in quantitative UX research for consumer products
• Strong skills in data analysis and storytelling
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and changing priorities
• Experience with large-scale experimentation systems
