In the role of IT Test Manager, you will develop testing strategies and oversee their execution across multiple methodologies including Agile and Waterfall. Collaborate closely with Development teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure defect resolution. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement testing strategies for various projects
• Collaborate with teams to resolve testing issues
• Manage and coordinate QA testing activities
• Produce comprehensive reports and dashboards
• Maintain knowledge of testing best practices and phases
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience with tools like ALM, Q Test, Jira
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Project management background in QA
• Understanding of automation testing principles
• Experience in large-scale program management
