Position: Intune Administrator at Alto
Location: Quebec

Elevate your career as an Intune Administrator with Alto, managing endpoints and Microsoft Teams Rooms devices across Quebec and Ontario in a dynamic team environment.

Your role enhances security and compliance.

As an Intune Administrator, you will ensure efficient monthly operations of around 600 endpoints while adhering to Canadian Government security standards. Responsibilities include managing device life cycles and deploying configurations using Microsoft Intune. Collaboration with the IT Security team is crucial for establishing safe, compliant device management practices to support a seamless end-user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Windows 11, W365 Virtual Desktops, and iOS management

• Implement Windows Autopilot to streamline device provisioning

• Develop compliance policies with the IT Security team

• Manage patching activities and update rings

• Administer Microsoft Teams Rooms equipment across multiple sites

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in IT support or administration

• 2+ years of Microsoft Intune experience

• Strong knowledge of Azure AD and Compliance Policies

• Certification in Endpoint Administrator preferred

• Bilingualism in French/English is advantageous
