As a key player in the project delivery team, your expertise in platforms like Genesys Cloud CX or Five9 will be crucial. You will implement, configure, and test solutions while maintaining an arsenal of technical documentation.

Your role will also encompass building Voice Bots and enhancing omni-channel capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expertise in CCaaS and associated platforms

• Develop and maintain technical libraries for project support

• Implement SIP trunking and multi-channel interactions

• Create user configurations including skills and campaigns

• Train users and resolve support issues

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of contact center experience

• 3 years in CCaaS deployment roles

• Technical knowledge of cloud service providers

• Proficiency in English and French

• University degree in a relevant field
