Overview of tasks and responsibilities

• Create, maintain and optimize application layers and reference images;
• Perform application packaging, including integration, configuration and validation;
• Ensure the performance, stability and standardization of virtualized environments;
• Diagnose and resolve image and application issues;
• Analyze recurring problems and implement lasting fixes;
• Participate in change management, including updates, patches and new versions;
• Automate image management and deployment processes;
• Continuously optimize layering and packaging practices;
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary IT teams;
• Document configurations, standards, and procedures.

• Have between two (2) and four (4) years of experience in virtualized environments;
• Have expertise in layering and packaging with Citrix App Layering, MSIX, App-V or equivalent solutions;
• Master Windows environments;
• Experience in managing incidents, problems and changes according to ITIL practices;
• Demonstrate good analytical and diagnostic skills;
• Adopt a structured approach oriented towards quality and standardization;
• Demonstrate autonomy, rigor and a good sense of priorities;
• Be able to manage multiple folders simultaneously;
• Demonstrate experience in Power Shell automation (an asset);
• Knowledge of virtualization environments is an asset);
• Knowledge of ITSM tools such as Service Now (an asset);
• This position requires working primarily in French, while requiring a functional command of English for daily tasks. This English proficiency is essential for understanding documentation and ensuring professional communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across Canada.
