In this pivotal role at Versaterm, you'll be responsible for leading the deployment of NG911 solutions. With 8 to 12 years of VoIP experience, you will supervise Level 2 and Level 3 staff and support projects from initial design to successful launch. Your knowledge in troubleshooting and leadership will aid in testing migrations and defining best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Level 2 and Level 3 tech resources effectively
• Manage the entire deployment process for projects
• Collaborate in testing phases and critical migrations
• Act as a point of escalation for technical issues
• Maintain robust technical documentation and best practices
Requirements:
• Degree in Telecommunications or equivalent
• 8 to 12 years VoIP experience is essential
• Strong leadership in technical team settings
• Proficient in SIP-based VoIP technologies
