Manager of Information Security & Compliance

Location: Quebec

Drive the organization’s information security framework as the Manager of Information Security. This pivotal role emphasizes security operations and governance, focusing on cloud and SaaS technology.

As a key advisor to the CIO, your main duties involve managing security functions, maintaining risk registers, and ensuring the establishment of security policies in compliance with relevant standards. Collaborate closely with various departments, ensuring that security strategies are operationalized effectively across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operational execution of the information security program

• Manage risk assessments and ensure compliance with regulations

• Coordinate incident response and security audits

• Provide security expertise during client engagements

• Develop security policies and standards across the company

Requirements:

• 8-10+ years of experience in Information Security

• Deep understanding of GRC frameworks and SaaS security

• Proven experience in leading security operations and teams

• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
