Join our team as a Technical Support RMA Specialist, specializing in after-sales service for returned electronic products. In this role, you will diagnose failures and ensure timely processing with the RMA Manager.
Your responsibilities include diagnosing electronics, documenting repairs, and collaborating with engineering teams. With at least five years of experience in technical support, you'll track RMAs effectively and contribute to customer satisfaction. Your proficiency in both French and English will enhance communication with clients and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify root causes of failure in returned products
• Prepare repair documentation using templates
• Report any discrepancies in repairs to management
• Document technical observations for internal reviews
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for RMA processing
Requirements:
• DCS in electronics or related field
• Five years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent failure analysis abilities
• Knowledge of optical technologies is an asset
• Proficient in Excel and Word software
