Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out MIC platform administration duties and server maintenance
• Handle basic networking and user setup activities
• Manage desktop systems, printers, and phones
• Generate and transmit service reports and statistics
• Facilitate training on technology use for users
Requirements:
• College diploma in a related discipline
• At least one year of experience in technical support
• Strong skills in computer applications
• Fluent in French required
• Ability to make decisions based on situational needs
