Being a Technical Support Technician at Innovair Solutions means leveraging your skills in a key role where customer support is a top priority. On a daily basis, you will interact with a variety of clients - distributors, electricians, consulting engineers, and consumers, while working closely with multiple internal departments.

In your day-to-day role, you will:- Respond to technical support calls and emails, providing the necessary information to our clients;
- Recommend the appropriate equipment and options based on client needs;
- Suggest temperature control methods and perform heating and air conditioning calculations;
- Assist clients during installation and troubleshoot issues (diagnostics and problem-solving);
- Participate in the development of technical support tools;
- Contribute to the management of spare parts;
- Create layouts for heated floors and prepare required material lists;
- Collaborate with other departments to advise on product-related strategies.
