Advance your expertise as a Technical Specialist in Oracle Fusion HCM with a focus on US Payroll. This contract role emphasizes hands-on support and configuration in payroll processes.

We seek an experienced Technical Specialist with at least five years in Oracle Fusion HCM, particularly in US Payroll. This position requires strong skills in payroll configuration, US tax legislation, and data reporting to ensure seamless payroll processing. You'll collaborate with various teams to deliver compliant payroll solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure Oracle Fusion Payroll and manage tax requirements

• Oversee payroll processing workflows including Quick Pay

• Create and maintain payroll reporting using OTBI and BI Publisher

• Support payroll integrations and data migration tasks

• Assist with user acceptance testing and payroll year-end activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, or a similar field

• 5+ years of specialized experience in Oracle Fusion HCM

• Comprehensive understanding of payroll compliance requirements

• Skilled in Fast Formulas and payroll reporting tools

• Solid experience with UAT support and documentation
