Technical Specialist in Payroll Solutions

Lead the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion HCM US Payroll in this contract opportunity. A successful candidate will have extensive functional and technical abilities.

As a Technical Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in configuring Oracle Fusion Payroll systems and ensuring compliance. With more than 5 years of experience in US payroll, your expertise in processing, taxation, and system integrations will be critical. Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to provide scalable payroll solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee configuration of payroll components and calendars

• Manage US payroll processing and compliance mandates

• Create functional documentation and support UAT

• Design reports with Oracle Payroll reporting tools

• Manage payroll deductions and garnishments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline

• 5+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM with a US Payroll focus

• Proficient with HDL and data conversion tools

• Strong understanding of payroll taxation and integrations

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
