As a Senior Solution Consultant, you will lead efforts in application maintenance and user support, drawing from your 5-8 years of experience. Your primary responsibilities include resolving production issues, performing data integrity checks, and driving enhancements through thorough analysis and testing. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure that users effectively utilize the Maestro applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve complex data and configuration issues

• Maintain operational integrity through troubleshooting

• Assess data readiness and quality across systems

• Design configurations for system enhancements

• Oversee unit testing and ensure UAT success

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

• 5 to 8 years of experience with Kinaxis Maestro

• Kinaxis Solution Consultant – Level 2 certification needed

• Strong understanding of supply chain processes

• Excellent communication and documentation skills
