Reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer, this foundational role emphasizes collaboration with the Executive Leadership Team and other business leaders. You will establish a trusted data foundation aligned with Lassonde’s long-term goals while integrating advanced analytics and AI across functions in a supportive environment focused on growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the enterprise data strategy

• Validate use cases across multiple business functions

• Own the data and analytics portfolio management

• Implement governance frameworks and data quality standards

• Build and develop a North American analytics team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline; advanced degree an asset

• 15 years of experience in data and analytics

• Proven record in CPG or manufacturing sectors

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English required

• Strong leadership and change management skills
