As a Virtual Systems Administrator, your primary responsibilities will include the operation and administration of virtual environments, ensuring high performance and availability. You must have two to four years of relevant experience, be proficient in Windows environments, and demonstrate knowledge in managing incidents and problems per ITIL practices. Collaboration with IT teams is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure stability and performance of IT service platforms

• Oversee incident management from diagnostics to coordination

• Implement vulnerability management strategies effectively

• Engage in change management processes and deployments

• Track performance indicators for ongoing improvements

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in managing virtual environments

• Strong command of Windows systems

• Proven experience in incident management

• Knowledge of environmental security and vulnerability management

• Experience with Citrix and/or Azure Virtual Desktop a plus
