Position: IFG User Experience Researcher Role
Location: La Pocatière

Join IFG as a User Experience Researcher and lead impactful research initiatives. Employ your quantitative analysis skills to enhance user interactions within the Bing ecosystem.

You will join the Coherence and Framework team, leveraging 5-7 years of quantitative UX research experience. This role focuses on transforming data into compelling stories that shape product roadmaps and ensure user needs are met. Ideal candidates will have experience working on consumer products and a knack for collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design and execution of UX research projects

• Analyze data from experiments and surveys for insights

• Create clear presentations and reports for stakeholders

• Collaborate with design and product teams for continuous improvement

• Facilitate rapid experimentation in Bing product features

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction or similar

• 5–7 years in quantitative UX research practice

• Strong storytelling and presentation skills

• Expertise in telemetry and survey design

• Comfort in fast-paced, evolving environments
