Step into a vital role as a Bilingual Technical Support Specialist at 1840 & Company. This full-time position entails resolving technical challenges while communicating effectively in French and English.
In this intermediate role, you'll be responsible for tackling the most complex customer issues while mentoring junior team members. You'll analyze technical failures using observability tools and facilitate communication between the Support and Engineering teams. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complex escalated customer inquiries
• Investigate issues using Datadog and logs
• Mentor and unblock Product Support Specialists
• Report findings to Engineering and Product teams
• Maintain and develop documentation for team use
Requirements:
• 3-4+ years in technical support experience
• Fluency in French and English required
• Ability to interpret error logs and APIs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with ticketing systems like Jira
