In this pivotal role, you will work alongside a senior engagement manager to ensure the successful delivery of Workday services post-deployment. You will gain hands-on experience in project management, customer relationship building, and commercial negotiations, applying your skills across diverse client environments. This role is integral to the client’s success and requires effective communication and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support customer-focused implementation of Workday solutions
• Oversee post-deployment service delivery and engagement management
• Coordinate project planning and resource allocation efforts
• Build and maintain relationships with customer business teams
• Identify and pursue opportunities for additional business engagements
Requirements:
• Proven lifecycle project management experience
• Excellent negotiation and commercial judgement skills
• Strong capability in a consulting environment
• Clear communication skills, empathetic and credible
• Willingness to participate in continual learning
