Lead Information Security Strategist

Location: Quebec

Elevate the security posture of the organization as a Lead Information Security Strategist. This management role centers on implementing security strategies and frameworks for compliance, particularly in cloud environments.

Working directly with the Chief Information Officer, you will lead critical security operations, manage compliance, and conduct rigorous risk assessments. This role demands collaboration with diverse teams to ensure a cohesive approach to organizational security and effective incident response management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead core security functions and manage security tools

• Direct the development of security strategies and GRC initiatives

• Perform risk assessments and ensure continuity of compliance

• Guide teams on secure coding and risk management practices

• Represent security posture during client interactions

Requirements:

• 8-10+ years of progressive experience in Information Security

• Strong familiarity with GRC, SaaS security, and compliance frameworks

• Demonstrated leadership in security projects and operations

• Exceptional communication and client-facing skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
