Shape the future of data at Lassonde as the Vice President, Data and Analytics, leading innovative strategies across North America. This role focuses on establishing effective data governance and delivering analytics that drive business success.

As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will engage cross-functionally to align data initiatives with organizational goals. This executive role demands strategic vision and exceptional leadership skills to build a robust data culture, implement advanced analytics, and oversee critical data quality measures, aligning data assets with business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute data and analytics strategy

• Engage stakeholders to validate data use cases

• Manage the analytics function’s portfolio

• Establish enterprise governance and value realization

• Drive the development of advanced analytics and AI practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree is a plus

• Minimum 15 years of experience, with 5 in leadership

• Industry experience in CPG or manufacturing essential

• Bilingual (French/English) for effective communication

• Proven ability in change leadership
