Weight Watchers is on the lookout for a Temp Senior Workday Analyst ready to make impactful contributions to our HCM landscape. You will enhance integrations, oversee reporting, and configure core systems while collaborating closely with the People Team, Payroll, and IT to maintain compliance. This role demands a blend of technical capability and business insight to optimize our Workday environment effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimize current Workday integrations
• Lead Core HCM configuration and Tier support
• Conduct audits for data integrity and compliance
• Develop dashboards that provide actionable insights
• Consult with various teams to streamline HR processes
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of hands-on Workday HCM experience
• Strong knowledge of Workday Absence module
• Experience with Workday integrations and reporting tools
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management
• Bachelor's degree in HR or Information Systems
