Vanier Children’s Mental Wellness is hiring a Systems, Security, and Automation Specialist to drive continuous improvement in our digital landscape. Your technical expertise will facilitate user support, system configurations, and the automation of processes across our healthcare services. Focus on implementing security measures while ensuring effective support for staff and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and deploy shared devices and workstations
• Support incident management and documentation
• Resolve advanced issues within Microsoft 365 and Azure
• Support cybersecurity controls and policy adherence
• Maintain detailed technical documentation of systems
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in information technology or related field
• Minimum 5 years in digital support and administration
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
• Power Shell scripting experience required
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle access
