Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and document Salesforce configurations and workflows

• Ensure Salesforce performance and proper functioning

• Collaborate with integrators and business analysts

• Define functional and technical requirements for projects

• Support user training and maintain up-to-date documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Salesforce configuration experience

• University degree in administration or related field

• Strong communication skills in French and English

• Knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud

• Familiarity with Data 360 and Agentforce
