Join Insight Global as an Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant on a part-time basis, with a path to full time hours. This role focuses on the implementation and support of various Oracle HCM modules. You will leverage your 7 to 9 years of experience to configure modules such as Core HR, Absence, and Recruitment. This position also involves supporting payroll processes, conducting testing, and troubleshooting issues.

• Configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules effectively
• Support payroll processes and various integrations
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and requirements gathering
• Perform system testing and troubleshooting
• Engage with HR, Payroll, and IT teams on improvements

• 7–9 years' experience in Oracle Cloud HCM
• Solid experience with Core HR and related modules
• Understanding of end-to-end HR functions
• Hands-on experience in system configuration
