Join the forefront of IT service delivery as an Intermediate Specialist in Service Management. Your expertise will uphold ITIL frameworks and ensure business needs are addressed effectively. In this position, you will support the service lifecycle with a focus on operational excellence, incident and problem management, and service transition.
You’ll be involved in facilitating communication with various stakeholders and ensuring that service quality meets organizational standards. The specialist will also play a key role in improving service processes, training, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the ITSM lifecycle and operational processes
- Act as an escalation contact for major incidents
- Report on service performance metrics with dashboards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for service readiness
- Conduct post-incident reviews and root cause analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in IT-related discipline
- 3–5 years in service management or IT operations
- Solid ITIL alignment knowledge
- Proficiency in ITSM tools and service reporting
- Demonstrated ability in stakeholder engagement
