This role requires strong payroll testing skills and expertise in enterprise environments, alongside collaboration with various stakeholders. You will be essential in supporting a large-scale transformation initiative that optimizes payroll and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute end-to-end manual QA across payroll workflows

• Perform payroll reconciliation and parallel validation testing

• Develop and execute test cases and scenarios

• Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing

• Validate data migration and outputs across systems

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of QA/testing experience in enterprise settings

• Recent hands-on experience with Dayforce testing

• Proficiency in payroll testing methodologies

• Strong communication and documentation abilities

• Eligibility for PSPC Reliability Clearance
