As a Senior QA Analyst at EXFO, you will play a key role in the testing of network protocol products. This position requires expertise in QA principles, and a hands-on approach with networking equipment, making it essential to communicate effectively with developers and product owners. You will aid in defining test strategies, create acceptance criteria, and integrate QA processes into our Continuous Integration pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement testing strategies in the development process

• Educate team members on test scenario writing

• Collaborate in grooming sessions to define acceptance criteria

• Automate execution of test scenarios for regression

• Ensure integration of tests into the CI pipeline

Requirements:

• 8-12 years of QA experience in high tech

• Proficiency in network protocols (Ethernet, TCP/IP)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

• Fluent in French and English

• Must be authorized to work in Canada
