Brunel is searching for a Dayforce QA Consultant to enhance payroll modernization efforts in the public sector. This position involves manual testing of payroll workflows, ensuring quality for enterprise systems.

This role requires strong payroll testing skills and expertise in enterprise environments, alongside collaboration with various stakeholders. You will be essential in supporting a large-scale transformation initiative that optimizes payroll and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute end-to-end manual QA across payroll workflows

• Perform payroll reconciliation and parallel validation testing

• Develop and execute test cases and scenarios

• Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing

• Validate data migration and outputs across systems

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of QA/testing experience in enterprise settings

• Recent hands-on experience with Dayforce testing

• Proficiency in payroll testing methodologies

• Strong communication and documentation abilities

• Eligibility for PSPC Reliability Clearance
