Join Norton Rose Fulbright as a Senior Client Insights Analyst and make a difference through data visualization and client portfolio analysis. This role can be based remotely or in any Canadian office.
In this key position, you will manage client and matter data while preparing analytical reports and presentations. Collaborate with various departments to enhance insights and support process improvement initiatives. Your analytical skills will be crucial in evaluating performance metrics and identifying strategies for better client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and prepare client/matter data for reporting
• Conduct ad hoc analyses on client performance
• Collaborate across teams for insights reporting
• Support benchmarking and process enhancement
• Create monthly reports tailored for stakeholders
Requirements:
• Degree in a quantitative field required
• 3 to 5 years of analytics experience
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills
• Experience with MS Excel, Tableau, and SAP
• Bilingualism in French and English is advantageous
