Lead AI initiatives across Desjardins as an Artificial Intelligence Strategy Practice Leader. Collaborate with business sectors to harness analytics for strategic advantage.

In this pivotal role for the Office of the Chief Data Officer, you will drive AI opportunity identification and strategy development across various business sectors. Your experience will enable you to prioritize and adopt AI initiatives aligned with business objectives. Additionally, you'll serve as a key contact for AI-related matters, ensuring strategies resonate with organizational goals and strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and prioritize AI opportunities with business partners

• Develop comprehensive AI strategies across sectors

• Facilitate communication between sectors and the Office of the Chief Data Officer

• Monitor market trends to identify new analytical opportunities

• Conduct sessions to explore and prioritize AI-focused projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, engineering, or AI specialization

• 8+ years of relevant experience in AI and analytics

• Proven team leadership and project management skills

• Experience identifying AI opportunities in business processes

• Fluency in French and advanced English communication
