Salesforce Administrator

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the Salesforce Hub delivery teams by helping define software solutions and contributing to various mandates aligned with the team’s and vice-presidency’s mission.

- Implement, document, and maintain configurations and administrative functions (user accounts, workflows, fields, data, custom settings, dashboards, and reports).
- Ensure optimal performance and proper functioning of Salesforce configurations.
- Collaborate with integrators, business analysts, solution architects, and the Product Manager.
- Participate in defining functional and technical specifications, analyze business needs, and ensure proper documentation.
- Configure and document specific solutions or interfaces, support user training, and stay up to date on new tools, features, and Salesforce platform updates.
- Known for rigor, strong prioritization skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various operational teams.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in operationalizing customer relationship solutions.
- Project‑management experience in both small‑ and large‑scale environments, as well as knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Azure Dev Ops.
- Minimum of two years of experience in Salesforce configuration for deployment or operational support projects, along with a university degree in administration or a related field;
Salesforce certifications and knowledge of Data 360 and Agentforce are considered strong assets. - Advanced level of French, both spoken and written.
- Intermediate level of English, as the role involves participating in meetings and presentations, as well as writing emails with English‑speaking partners and suppliers on a daily basis (approximately 20% of tasks).
