In this dual-function role, you will be responsible for documenting functional requirements such as user stories and acceptance criteria for Salesforce processes. You will collaborate closely with developers, configurators, and QA analysts, ensuring thorough test case design and execution while contributing to a T-shaped organizational structure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business needs for Salesforce Financial Services Cloud

• Document functional requirements including user stories

• Design and execute functional test cases and validate configurations

• Collaborate with the development and QA teams daily

• Support UAT and ensure quality assurance across processes

Requirements:

• Experience in Salesforce or CRM business analysis

• Hands-on experience with software testing methodologies

• Dual proficiency in analysis and testing required

• Financial sector experience is an asset
