Join CACI as a Scrum Master to lead Agile teams remotely and ensure high-quality deliveries. Utilize SAFe practices to foster collaboration and continuous improvement across projects.
In this full-time role, you will be instrumental in a modernization program, guiding teams to effectively implement Scrum and Agile methodologies. You will work closely with Product Owners and engineering teams to enhance efficiency and resolve impediments, ensuring streamlined workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies for Agile teams
• Mentor teams on flow optimization and Agile maturity
• Collaborate with engineering on prioritization requirements
• Build performance dashboards and track Agile metrics
• Guide risk identification and mitigation strategies
Requirements:
• 5+ years of Scrum Master experience
• 2+ years in a SAFe framework environment
• Proficient in Agile metrics and backlog refinement
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills
• Must be eligible for Secret Clearance
