Transform Simons' technology landscape as their IT Director. This role focuses on enterprise application performance and strategic leadership for sustained growth and innovation.

As the IT Director, you will collaborate with the Chief Information & Innovation Officer to define and implement technology strategies for enterprise applications. With a focus on team leadership and operational efficiency, you will guide efforts in application modernization. Your extensive IT experience will be key in optimizing operations while maintaining robust partnerships with vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set priorities and roadmap for enterprise application portfolio

• Lead development and integration teams fostering collaboration

• Drive modernization initiatives to lower technical debt

• Provide strategic counsel to the Chief Information & Innovation Officer

• Manage budgets, vendor relations, and resource allocation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant IT field

• Minimum 15 years in IT with 5 years in senior roles

• Proven experience in managing enterprise platforms

• Exceptional strategic and influencing skills

• Excellent proficiency in French and English
