In this role, you will take charge of troubleshooting and support for our unique tracking technology. You'll work closely with field technicians to ensure our systems operate smoothly and effectively in various environments. Building rapport with clients is key, enhancing their experience as they employ our solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in optimizing Optel vision and serialization systems
• Troubleshoot hardware and automation challenges
• Document technical steps and communicate findings
• Support both customers and internal product teams
• Evaluate projects based on risks and feasibility
Requirements:
• DEC in engineering or related area
• Proven application support experience
• Knowledge of automation software is a plus
• Expectation to accommodate travel for on-site tasks
• Ability to handle a shared on-call rotation
