User Experience Advisor – UX Research

Responsibilities

• Define digital experiences while supporting the implementation and evolution of user research practice
• Establish, manage, and continuously evolve a structured user research practice
• Partner with stakeholders to define research needs and objectives
• Plan and conduct both generative and evaluative research
• Apply a variety of research methods including user interviews, usability testing, surveys, etc.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to develop actionable recommendations
• Communicate research findings to influence decision-making
• Contribute to the implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of a digital analytics dashboard
• Participate in UX design activities

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in qualitative and quantitative UX research
• Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative UX research methods
• Knowledge of digital analytics tools
• Strong analytical, organizational, and synthesis skills
• Excellent collaboration skills in multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence abilities
• Understanding of UX design principles including accessibility, usability heuristics, information architecture, user-centered design, user journeys, prototyping, and usability testing
• Intermediate level of English proficiency
