Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain user accounts, dashboards, and workflows

• Ensure Salesforce configurations function optimally

• Document technical specifications and solution interfaces

• Collaborate with integrators and product managers

• Provide user training and stay updated on platform changes

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of Salesforce configuration experience

• University degree in administration or related field

• Proficient in French and intermediate English for communication

• Project management experience in diverse environments

• Familiarity with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Agentforce
