Simons IT Team Lead Position

Reporting to the Director of IT – Enterprise Application Technologies, you will lead a team of Technical Analysts in managing enterprise application performance and stability. Your expertise will ensure the team meets its goals while fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and develop a team of Technical Analysts

• Coordinate team activities for effective execution

• Oversee the stability and maintenance of applications

• Review team-generated technical analyses and recommendations

• Manage application incidents in conjunction with tech partners

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent

• 8-10 years of IT experience, with 2-5 years in leadership

• Strong background in technical analysis and systems integration

• Familiarity with IBM i, RPG, and Kafka is a plus

• Fluent in both French and English for effective communication
