Shape AI interactions with Autodesk as a Senior Conversational Designer in Canada, working remotely. Drive customer engagement by designing intuitive, effective conversational experiences across various platforms.

In this full-time role, you'll collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and engineers. Your focus will be on crafting end-to-end conversational experiences for AI-powered support and commerce. Emphasize clear, trustworthy communication while balancing customer needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design conversational experiences for AI assistants and workflows

• Create natural language interactions for product discovery and support

• Develop conversation flows, prompts, and error recovery strategies

• Collaborate with UX for seamless integration of visual interfaces

• Define scalable frameworks and reusable models for consistent experiences

Requirements:

• 5+ years in digital product design, 3+ in conversational design

• Strong understanding of conversation design and AI applications

• Proven ability to simplify complex concepts for users

• Portfolio showcasing interaction design impact

• Excellent communication skills to influence and collaborate
