CGI is hiring a Service Desk Technician in Quebec City to provide Level 1 IT support by phone, chat, and email, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues for clients worldwide. Requires at least one year of service desk experience, solid understanding of Windows OS, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Bilingualism in English and French (verbal and written) is required due to the role's client-facing nature.

Full-time; estimated pay range $35,000-$65,000/year.
