In this senior role, you will spearhead the design vision for Verily’s health data platforms. With over 10 years of UX design experience, your leadership will foster a user-focused culture among your team. You will collaborate with engineering, data science, and clinical teams, translating complex requirements into intuitive designs that enhance care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive the user experience strategy for our data platform
• Manage and mentor a team of UX designers
• Influence product roadmap and resource planning
• Collaborate cross-functionally on user-friendly interfaces
• Develop consistent design systems for platform products
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or relevant field
• 10+ years in UX design for enterprise software
• 5+ years of design team management experience
