Lead the charge in artificial intelligence with Rapid7 as VP of AI, crafting strategies to enhance cybersecurity through innovative solutions. Drive impactful initiatives across products and operations globally.
As the Vice President of Artificial Intelligence, you'll report to the Chief Product and Technology Officer while defining Rapid7's AI vision. You will strategize on integrating advanced machine learning, generative AI, and responsible governance into our product suite. Your leadership will empower a high-performing AI team to shape our cybersecurity capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define multi-year AI strategy for product innovation
• Develop AI product roadmap for the Rapid7 Command Platform
• Lead a high-performing AI organization with defined capabilities
• Drive development of agentic AI features and models
• Collaborate with SOC teams to enhance vulnerability detection
Requirements:
• 12+ years in AI and machine learning, 5+ in leadership
• Proven experience in shipping AI-driven products
• Deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape
• Expertise in leading cross-functional teams
• Strong communication skills for complex AI concepts
