This role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders to define user journeys and the desired user experience effectively. With six years of relevant experience, you'll lead initiatives that enhance the overall user experience while fostering co-creation between UI, product management, and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enrich user experiences on various virtual platforms
• Serve as a subject matter expert in user journeys
• Ensure smooth collaboration among development teams
• Identify improvement opportunities based on user feedback
• Monitor trends and implement user-focused design practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• At least six years of UX design experience
• French language proficiency required
• Advanced English skills for international collaboration
• Strong analytical abilities for tackling complex challenges
