Key Responsibilities:

• Support users in utilizing IT applications effectively

• Handle MIC platform administration and server operations

• Carry out basic networking tasks such as password reactivation

• Manage and update numerous web and platform applications

• Create and transmit reports outlining technical issues

Requirements:

• Knowledge of French is necessary

• Proficient in advanced computer tools
