Location: Quebec
Transform FCC’s team dynamics as an Agile Coach. This position allows you to apply your Scrum and Kanban expertise, facilitating growth and self-organization within a hybrid work environment.
FCC is looking for an Agile Coach with strong coaching experience and a passion for nurturing Agile practices. You’ll play a critical role in guiding well-established teams, helping them enhance their Agile methodologies and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coach delivery teams on Agile principles and methodologies
• Lead Scrum ceremonies and collaborative workshops
• Empower Product Owners for effective value delivery
• Navigate organization-wide impediments to team success
• Utilize metrics to drive Continuous Improvement
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in Agile coaching or training
• Strong grasp of Scrum and Kanban practices
• Ability to facilitate core scrum events effectively
• Experience in supporting mature Agile teams
• Familiarity with metrics for improvement assessment
