Position: Design System UX Designer II Role

Create meaningful digital experiences as a UX Designer II at Bentley Systems in Québec, Canada. Focus on establishing a cohesive Design System that elevates product quality and user accessibility.

This role requires leveraging your skills in visual craft and interaction design to create essential design components and documentation. By partnering with Product Managers and Software Engineers, you will ensure components meet both user and technical requirements. You will also help guide the integration of accessibility features into all design aspects, promoting an inclusive experience across Bentley’s software products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain documentation for components and patterns in the Design System

• Collaborate with engineers for accurate component implementation

• Define scopes for new components alongside internal teams

• Execute UX planning aligned with product timelines

• Incorporate user research insights into design development

Requirements:

• Experience with enterprise design systems

• Strong B2B software design background

• Excellent portfolio showcasing your design approach

• Proficient in Figma, specifically libraries and tokens

• Strong collaborative and presentation skills
